Visualisation des véhicules Vehicle display
Grâce à leurs GPS, vos véhicules peuvent être visibles sur la carte. Vous pouvez également désactiver cette fonctionnalité. Usage Use
**Nom (*)** : ce champ permet de nommer le plan à votre convenance. **Name(*)**: use this field to name the plan for your own convenience.
**Configuration des véhicules (*)** : (si option configurations multiples activée) sélectionner la configuration souhaitée pour votre flotte de véhicules. Les conducteurs, les véhicules, les horaires de travail, les plages de repos peuvent varier selon les jours ou selon votre activité. Chaque configuration permet de définir un paramétrage global pour un ensemble de véhicules. Les différents paramètres de la configuration véhicule sont présentés dans le chapitre « Gestion des véhicules ». **Vehicle configuration (*)**: (if multiple configurations enabled) select the desired configuration for your vehicle fleet. Drivers, vehicles, work schedules, rest periods may vary depending on the day or according to your activity. Each configuration allows you to define a general setting for a set of vehicles. The various parameters of the vehicle configuration are presented in the chapter on "Vehicle Management".

**Libellés** : les libellés permettent de créer un plan avec un sous-groupe spécifique de clients. Activez le menu déroulant du champ « libellés », l’ensemble des libellés existants apparaissent. Par défaut, aucun libellé filtrant n’est choisi, tous vos clients sont donc transmis au plan à créer. Pour filtrer les clients à intégrer via des libellés, vous pouvez utiliser deux modes complémentaires : **Tags**: tags allow you to create a schedule with a specific subgroup of destinations. Activate the drop-down menu of the "tags" field; the set of existing tags appears. By default, no filter tag is chosen, so all your destinations are sent to the plan to be created. Une fois la saisie validée, la carte interactive s’affiche avec l’ensemble des clients géocodés vous donnant ainsi la possibilité de réordonnancer et optimiser vos tournées (description dans le chapitre « Optimiser des tournées »). « Modifier » permet d’accéder aux informations d’un planning et de les modifier. "Edit" allows you to access and edit planning information.

Générer ou envoyer par courriel des agendas iCals. iCal est le format de fichier lu par la plupart des agendas. Les agendas permettent de planifier vos livraisons sur un calendrier électronique. Autrement dit, le fichier comporte la date et les horaires de passage de chaque point de vos tournées (informations du plan). Generate or send iCal calendars by email. iCal is the file format read by most calendars. Calendars allow you to schedule your deliveries on an electronic calendar. In other words, the file contains the dates and the times of passing each point of your tours (information of the plan).
Pour générer l’iCal d’un plan, cocher la case du plan souhaité. Cliquer sur le menu déroulant sur « Agenda iCal ». To generate the iCal for a plan, check the desired plan box. Click in the "Calendar iCal" drop-down menu.
Pour envoyer un iCal par courriel aux conducteurs de chaque véhicule, cocher la case du plan souhaité. Un mail est envoyé au chauffeur dont l’adresse courriel est renseignée au niveau du véhicule (cf. chapitre véhicule). Le conducteur reçoit l’agenda correspondant à sa tournée et peut le charger sur son appareil mobile (téléphone, tablette). Il peut lancer la navigation GPS par simple clic depuis son agenda. To send an iCal by email to each vehicle driver, check the box of the desired plan. An email is sent to the driver whose email address is defined for the vehicle (see vehicle chapter). The driver receives the calendar corresponding to his route and can load it onto his mobile device (phone, tablet). He can launch the GPS navigation by a simple click from his calendar.
