Les rapports sont les fichiers au format csv (comma-separated values) des tournées envoyées à Mapotempo Live sur une période déterminée lors de l’extraction. Ils comportent les points visités, l’historique des changements de statuts et les liens vers les informations relevées lors des tournées.	Reports are CSV (comma-separated values) format files for routes sent to Mapotempo Live over a specific period, which you select at the time of extraction. They include points visited, status change history, and links to information gathered on routes.

Le formulaire se compose de champs suivants : 1. Date de début et Date de fin : au clic sur le champ, un calendrier s'affiche. Sélectionner la date à laquelle commence le rapport et la date à laquelle termine le rapport. 2. Historique de statuts : si la case est cochée, la rapport liste les changements de statuts effectués en tournée, leur date et leur coordonnées GPS. Les statuts sont personnalisables mais par défaut, ils sont "à faire", "en cours", "fait" et "non-fait". 3. Le bouton Télécharger : Au clic sur Télécharger \|download\|, le Rapport est téléchargé sur votre ordinateur dans le dossier Téléchargement ou dans le dossier choisi.	The form contains the following fields. 1. Begin date and End date: a calendar appears when you click on the field. Select the dates on which you want the report to start and end. 2. History of status: if the box is checked, the report lists status changes applied on the route, their date and their GPS coordinates. Status descriptions can be customized but, by default, they are “to do”, “in progress”, “done” and “not done”. 3. The Download button: When you click on \|download\|, the Report is downloaded to your computer’s Downloads folder, or another folder chosen by you.

Comprendre le rapport de tournée.	Understanding a route report.
Chaque ligne du rapport correspond à une mission. Les informations contenues sur une ligne concerne une même mission. Les missions se suivent dans l'ordre où elles sont planifiées.	Each row in the report corresponds to one mission. The information contained in a row all refers to the same mission. Missions are listed in the order in which they were planned.
Les colonnes dans le rapport csv se découpent selon les parties suivantes.	Columns in the CSV report are broken down into the sections below.
Les données concernant la tournée sont comprises entre les colonnes A et V (selon l'exemple) :	Information about the route is contained in columns A and V (as per example):
date tournée : Indique la date et l'heure auxquelles la tournée est prévue. Le format est jj/mm/AAAA HH:mm:ss +fuseau horaire.	route date: Shows the date and time for which the route is scheduled. The format is dd/mm/YYYY HH:mm:ss +time zone offset.
nom utilisateur : Indique le nom de l'utilisateur de la tournée (nom du véhicule ayant réalisé la tournée).	username: Shows the route user’s name (name of the vehicle that completed the route).
email utilisateur : Indique l'email de l'utilisateur de la tournée (email renseigné pour le véhicule ayant réalisé la tournée).	user email: Shows the route user’s email (email provided for the vehicle that completed the route).
nom tournée : Indique le nom de la tournée (si différent du nom du véhicule).	route name: Shows the name of the route (if different than the name of the vehicle).
