Your orders are transmitted via TomTom Webfleet to your TomTom GPS devices. You can view these orders in "Orders" or on each of your vehicles. All the orders, the date, the time of sending, and the associated vehicle are visible. Go to Global Settings> TomTom WEBFLEET. Fill in the new WebFleet IDs and your password, click on "Synchronize", then "Save". TomTom WebFleet informations are is imported and now available on the application. :numref:`tomtom_account_mconfig_2-num-600`.
Choose a finalpermanent password. The account is confirmed by this affirmation of password and will have access to the vehicles of his group :numref:`tomtom_account_email_3-num-600`.
For example, you can filter stops with rejected status. Only stops with the |rouge| badgedot will be activated. On the other hand, stops with a different status will be deactivated. In other words, these stops will be unchecked and not taken into account in the route.
