Launching theWhen optimization is launched (of all the routes |boutonoptimisation| or for aof one route |bouton_optimisation_tournées|), a window opens.
By passingWhen you move the mouse, onver the ordersequential number of the stop in the list, a "small hand" appears to indicate that the stop is moveable. Click and drop it in the desired order via a "drag-and-drop" :numref:`app-plannings-my_plans-03_edit_manual-num-600`.
The application of the zoning makes it possible to automatically connect by zdestinationes theo visit by zone but without optimizing the itinerary. You can order your routes manually (1) or optimize them automatically (2).
Select your zoning from the drop-down list (1). The sectors appear on the map (2). Each sector makes it possible to assign geographically points to a vehicle geographically. :numref:`selection_zoning_mapotempo_600-1`.
To access the plan page and optimize your routes, click on the "Plans" menu. From the menu, select the desired plan or create a plan by clicking on "New" (description in the chapter "Creatinge a plan" chapter).
Via the window "Export to a spreadsheet" window, you can configure the export of the file. By checking or unchecking the boxes, you can add or remove additional stops (a) (unplanned stops, stopres, breaks, inactive stops). Through a drag & drop, you can select the columns to export (b) as well as the format (c) to download the file (Excel or CSV).
STo sentd an iCal by email to each vehicle driver, check the box of the desired plan. An email is sent to the driver whose email address is defined infor the vehicle (cf.see vehicle chapter). The driver receives the calendar corresponding to his route and can chargeload it onto his mobile device (phone, tablet). He can launch the GPS navigation by a simple click from his calendar.
Generate or send email iCals calendars by email. iCal is the file format read by most calendars. Calendars allow you to schedule your deliveries on an electronic calendar. In other words, the file contains the dates and the times of passage ofing each point of your tours (information of the plan).
**Zoning**: if you have already created one or more zonings, you can select it/them from the drop-down list (description in the chapter on "`Zoning management <05-zonings.html>`_"). If a zoning is still to be created, you can associate it later with your plan later. This field is optional for creating your plan.
"OR" : Select "or" from the drop-down menu "or". Choose one or more filtering tags. Only customers with at least one of the chosen tags will be proposed in the plan. For example, with tags "A" and "B" chosen as filters, only destinations with only a tag "A" with, or only a tag "B", or with both tags will be used in the plan. :numref:`app-plannings-create_tags_or`
"ALL": select "all" from the drop-down menu "all". Choose one or more filter tags,; only destinations associated with all filter tags will be included in the plan. For example, if you choose when creating your plan you choose to filter with the tags "A" and "B", destinations associated with both "A" and "B" tags will be displayed in the plan. Customers with no taggings, customers associated only with tag "A", destinations associated only with tag "B" or destinations associated with other tags will be excluded. :numref:`app-plannings-create_tags_all`
**Tags**: tags allow you to create a schedule with a specific subgroup of destinations. Activate the drop-down menu of the « "tags »" field,; the set of existing tags appears. By default, no filter tag is chosen, so all your destinations are transmittedsent to the plan to be created. To filter destinationsuse tags,; you can use two additional modes:
**Date**: fill in the schedule executiond date of the plan, in order to facilitate automatic exports to the mobilitye devices configured in your parametersettings.
