L'ouverture automatique des fichiers csv avec Excel peut corrompre les csv téléchargés et provoquer des décalages dans les colonnes. Les colonnes dans le rapport csv se découpent selon les parties suivantes. Columns in the CSV report are broken down into the sections below.
Les données concernant la tournée sont comprises entre les colonnes A et V (selon l'exemple) : Information about the route is contained in columns A and V (as per example):
date tournée : Indique la date et l'heure auxquelles la tournée est prévue. Le format est jj/mm/AAAA HH:mm:ss +*fuseau horaire*. route date: Shows the date and time for which the route is scheduled. The format is dd/mm/YYYY HH:mm:ss +*time zone* offset.
nom utilisateur : Indique le nom de l'utilisateur de la tournée (nom du véhicule ayant réalisé la tournée). username: Shows the route user’s name (name of the vehicle that completed the route).
email utilisateur : Indique l'email de l'utilisateur de la tournée (email renseigné pour le véhicule ayant réalisé la tournée). user email: Shows the route user’s email (email provided for the vehicle that completed the route).
nom tournée : Indique le nom de la tournée (si différent du nom du véhicule). route name: Shows the name of the route (if different than the name of the vehicle).
date planifiée : Indique la date et l'heure auxquelles la mission est prévue. Le format est jj/mm/AAAA HH:mm:ss +*fuseau horaire*. scheduled date: Shows the date and time for which the mission is scheduled. The format is dd/mm/YYYY HH:mm:ss +*time zone* offset.

type de mission : Indique s'il s'agit du dépôt de départ ou d'arrivée, d'une visite ou d'une pause. mission type: Shows whether this is the departure or arrival store, a visit or a rest break.
référence : Indique l'identifiant stable, constant et unique permettant la mise à jour non-destructrice de cet élément lors du prochain import. reference: Shows the stable, constant and unique ID enabling this element to be updated without being deleted at the next import.
nom : Indique le nom de la destination. name: Shows the name of the customer or destination visited.
lat : Indique la latitude de la destination (en degrés décimaux) comprise entre -90° et 90°. Ex. 45,91. lat: Shows the destination’s latitude (in decimal degrees) in the range -90° to 90°. E.g. 45.91.
lng : Indique la longitude de la destination (en degrés décimaux) comprise entre -180° et 180°. Ex. -0,781. lng: Shows the destination’s longitude (in decimal degrees) in the range -190° to 180°. E.g. -0.781.
voie : Indique le numéro de l'immeuble, type de voie et nom de la voie (l'orthographe doit être correcte pour un géocodage fiable). Note : les détails d'accès doivent eux être posés dans le champ « complément ». street: Shows the building number, street type and street name (spelling must be correct for reliable geocoding). Note: access details must be put in the “additional” field.
complément : Indique les détails d'accès complémentaires à la voie permettant à l'agent de terrain d'atteindre le seuil de porte de sa destination. Ex. Bâtiment d'un complexe, résidence, escalier, étage, numéro de porte… Additional: Gives access details in addition to the street so that the field agent can reach their destination doorstep.
