Les libellés Tags
Les libellés sont des mots ou groupe de mots permettant : Tags are words or group of words allowing:
Une distinction sur certains destinations dans la liste et dans les tournées. Distinction between certain destinations within the list or on routes.
Un lien avec un véhicule disposant de compétence particulière. A link with a vehicle which has particular capabilities.
Créer un libellé Create a tag
Pour accéder à la page « Nouveau Libellé », cliquer sur le menu « Destinations ». Sélectionner « Libellés », puis « Nouveau libellé ». :numref:`app-destinations-tag-600-tag`. Valider la saisie en cliquant sur le bouton « Créer Libellé » |create_tag_button|. Confirm the entry by clicking on the "Create Tag" button |create_tag_button|.
Dans la liste destinations, vous pourrez intégrer le(s) libellé(s) à la destination directement dans le tableau en cliquant dans la case libellé de la destination concernée. When creating a route plan, select one of more tags to sort Destinations, show only those Destinations, and schedule them in a route. If the tag “A”, for example, is selected, the destinations shown on the plan will only be those tagged with “A”. If multiple tags are selected, such as “A” **and** “B”, destinations shown on the plan will be those tagged with both “A” **and** “B” (so this excludes destinations tagged on with “A” **or** only with “B”).

Référence destination : la référence doit être unique. Elle permet la modification/mise à jour d'une destination par import. En l'absence de référence, les informations sont ajoutées. Si la référence existe, les informations sont mises à jour. Destination reference: the reference must be unique. It enables you to modify/update a destination via an import. If the reference is missing, the information will be added. If the reference is there, the information will be updated.
**Référence** (facultatif) : identifiant unique issu d’un logiciel métier. **Reference** (optional): a unique identifier from other business software.
Référence visite : nom ou référence de la visite à une destination. Visit reference: the name or reference of a destination visit.
Relier des visites entre elles Linking visits to one another
Remplir le champ avec le ou les visites auxquelles il est lié. Fill in the field with the visit(s) to which it is linked.
**Remplir véhicule** (facultatif) : indiquer si cette destination est un point de remplissage en cours de tournée et si oui de combien d'unités (0=complet). **Fill vehicle** (optional): indicate whether this destination is mid-route filling point and, if so, how many units (0=complete).
Renseigner les en-têtes de colonne avec des lettres minuscules dans le fichier au format csv. (comme indiqué dans le modèle d’import) Enter the column headers with lowercase letters in the .csv file (as shown in the import template)

Delete destination row(s) to remove it/them from the file to be imported. Clearing a row is insufficient, you must select the row(s) concerned and delete it/them with the spreadsheet's delete function.
Supprimer les lignes en doublon ou dupliquées. Delete duplicate or copied rows.
