Depending on your enterprise software, your customers may have a reference. That reference is optional. It can be entered when a customer is created manually, or integrated into the customer list spreadsheet. It is used when data are updated so that the correct customer is found, so it must not be altered.
Number of packages a delivery person must send to a place. In the Mapotempo web application, the quantity to deliver allows you to set the number of products or services to send to a place. This is to do with units; a unit might be a ready meal, a liter of used oil, a bag of rubble, a poster to drop off etc.
